OPERATIONS SCHEDULE

Bespoke Finish operates Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm except for holidays.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Bespoke Finish is closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. UPS is also closed on these holidays.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders received before 12:00pm on a business day will ship that day. Orders received after 12:00pm will ship on the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING SERVICES

UPS Ground: Delivery estimate within 1 to 5 business days based on distance to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Delivery cannot be scheduled for a specific time.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery guarantee by the end of next business day (extended to 11:59 p.m. for some services).

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery estimate within 2 business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii, usually arriving by 8:00 p.m.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

UPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for residences, and by the close of business for commercial addresses. Sunday delivery is generally unavailable. Exact delivery times depend on the specific shipping service selected and your local driver's route.
